Problems

It looks like we've got a problem with the availability of drivers to support the team - for various reasons we now only have just over half the number we need.  That means that some of the original team of cyclists are going to have to help out with the driving, thus reducing the number of cyclists available at any one time, so unless we can find any additional help at the eleventh hour, we're going to have to revamp the original plan.

We will still aim to cycle in teams of 2, but we may have to, at certain periods and for safety reasons, reduce down to individual cyclists, particularly during the hours of darkness.  This is really disappointing, as some people who have been training hard for 3 months are now not going to be able to take part (as cyclists).  This, of course, will only make the challenge tougher.  Very annoying, very disappointing - and very frustrating, especially at this late stage.......
